Helping others reach their full potential is a great passion of mine. Along my journey, yoga has made it more possible (i.e., finding peace and sanity). I’ve been hooked since taking two semesters of yoga and studying it’s traditions in college. I make sure to practice what I preach at least once a day – practicing on my own or taking classes when I can.

The hospitality business has been my home for 6+ years. From fine dining to public relations for clients like Kodak, I know how to accommodate others and stay on my toes calmly in fast paced environments. In time spared, I am a comedian in training at The Groundlings and satire journalist.
